Alex Sandro completes €26m Juve move

Juventus have bolstered their options at full-back after it was confirmed Alex Sandro has left Porto to join the Serie A champions.
Porto have confirmed that full-back Alex Sandro has joined Juventus for a fee of €26million.
Juve announced that the Brazil international arrived in Turin for a medical earlier on Thursday.
Primeira Liga side Porto subsequently released a statement on their official website confirming the sale of the 24-year-old to the Serie A champions.
It brings an end to a four-year stay in Portugal for Alex Sandro, during which time he has collected two league titles with Porto.
Massimiliano Allegri has been busy adding to a squad that won a Serie A and Coppa Italia double last season.
Paulo Dybala, Mario Mandzukic, Simone Zaza, Neto and Sami Khedira have also moved to the Juventus Stadium, and it is thought the club are keen on bringing in another midfielder.

Austin slams West Ham co-owner Sullivan's 'slur'

Comments made by West Ham co-owner about Charlie Austin have been met with a strong rebuttal from the QPR striker.
QPR striker Charlie Austin has lambasted West Ham co-owner David Sullivan for making "misleading" comments about his physical condition and an "outrageous slur" on his professionalism.
Austin has been linked with a move to Upton Park throughout the close-season following QPR's return to the Championship, but Sullivan ruled out making a move for a player who scored 18 Premier League goals last term, citing concerns over his fitness and quality.
Speaking to the 'Knees Up Mother Brown' podcast, Sullivan said: "He failed a medical at Hull a couple of years ago. They say he has no ligaments in his knee, who knows? He could go on for years, but knowing our luck his knee will go in his first game and that's the end of it.
"And he didn't keep Queens Park Rangers up. If he'd kept them up single-handedly you might say it was different - and a few of those goals were penalties.
"When we played Queens Park Rangers last year they had to win to stand any chance of staying up and he wasn't very good."
Former Burnley star Austin has now hit back at those comments via a statement on Twitter.
"I feel I have no option but to address the inaccurate, misleading and uninformed innuendo about my physical condition that has been raised by an individual who is not privy to my personal health history," he wrote.
"It is one of a number of inaccurate reports about my so-called injury problems which have been made over the summer.
"For the record there is nothing wrong with my 'ligaments', as has been suggested. My strength and performance in pre-season has been excellent and with two goals in my last two games I don't think there is any doubt that my match sharpness is as good as ever.
"I scored 18 goals in the Premier League last season, which would not be possible were I feeling discomfort or pain.
"Like many professional footballers, I have the legacy of injuries picked up over my career but the effect on my day-to-day training and on match day is non-existent.
"For a senior figure at a Premier League club to insinuate that I could break down at any moment is an outrageous slur on my professionalism and the work that has gone into making the footballer I am today."

Real Madrid loan Asensio to Espanyol

Marco Asensio will spend the season at Espanyol having been allowed by Real Madrid to leave on loan.
Real Madrid have sent highly rated winger Marco Asensio on loan to Espanyol until the end of the season.
The 19-year-old moved to the Santiago Bernabeu from Real Mallorca on a six-year deal in December before being immediately loaned back to his former club for the remainder of the 2014-15 campaign.
Asensio scored six goals in 36 Segunda Division appearances for Mallorca last term.
The move to Espanyol will allow Asensio time to adapt to life in La Liga as he bids to eventually break into the Real first team.

Crystal Palace v Aston Villa: Pardew seeking home comforts

Crystal Palace welcome Aston Villa to Selhurst Park in the Premier League with both teams looking for their second win of the season.
Turning Selhurst Park into a fortress in the Premier League is high on Alan Pardew's agenda this season, starting with a Crystal Palace victory over Aston Villa on Saturday.
After their opening-day success at Norwich City, Palace were brought back down to earth by Arsenal as the visitors claimed a 2-1 win last weekend.
Palace won only six league games at home last term, relying on better away form to finish 10th in Pardew's first campaign in charge since returning to the club he played for.
Plenty of positives were gleaned from the Arsenal setback by Pardew, but he knows Palace must convert good performances into points to improve their home record.
"Every home game we need to be thinking about that [improving], we have got to win our home games," he said.
"I thought we played well [against Arsenal] but we got beaten by the better team. Our levels were really high and I was pleased with the performance, but we need to turn that into results at home, we need to win more than half of our home games.
"One lesson we must take away [from the Arsenal loss] is their ability under pressure to retain the ball, we have improved on that, our training is geared towards it, but Arsenal were magnificent at that."
Bakary Sako missed the Arsenal defeat, but the former Wolves winger could make his Palace debut this weekend. Marouane Chamakh (hamstring) and Julian Speroni (hand) remain sidelined.
Statistics suggest that Villa may struggle as the Midlands club have scored just two goals on their last 10 trips to London, while Palace have won three and drawn two of the last six Premier League meetings between the two teams.
Like Palace, Tim Sherwood's side also began 2015-16 with an away victory - a 1-0 success at Bournemouth - but were unable to build on that as they suffered a 1-0 loss to Manchester United last weekend.
A raft of new players are slowly beginning to settle at Villa since the departure of Christian Benteke and Fabian Delph, with Rudy Gestede making an instant impact with a goal on his debut.
One new face unlikely to start is former Barcelona forward Adama Traore, with Sherwood keen to give the 19-year-old more time to settle into life in England.
"Adama looked very short of fitness to me. He is going to need the exercise to get himself up to speed," Sherwood told The Birmingham Mail. "I don't expect too much too soon, he is a player who is developing.
"We are hoping he is something for us immediately but I don't think we should be putting too much pressure on him."
Sherwood hopes to have Jack Grealish and Carles Gil back in his squad for the trip to Palace, the pair having been laid low with injuries picked up in pre-season.
