Sergio Aguero is not in a bad place... I have no doubt, insists Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini ahead of Tottenham clash
- Manchester City face Tottenham at White Hart Lane on Saturday lunchtime
- Manuel Pellegrini says striker Sergio Aguero is 'not in a bad moment'
- The normally prolific forward has only scored once in the league this term
- City are seeking a club record sixth successive away league win to stay top
Sergio Aguero is not in a bad place, according to his manager Manuel Pellegrini.
But if the talismanic Manchester City striker has not been feeling quite on the top of his game, nothing should make him feel better than the sight of Tottenham's white shirts.
The normally prolific Aguero has scored only one Premier League goal for the leaders so far this season, as well as knocking in a penalty in City's mid-week Capital One Cup romp at Sunderland.

A knee injury sustained against Crystal Palace a fortnight ago has helped stem the flow but after scoring all five goals against Spurs as City did the double over the Londoners last season, a reunion with fellow Argentinian Mauricio Pochettino should help restore his appetite.
And if any further confidence was needed, Aguero and Pellegrini should also be buoyed by memories of the goals Aguero - the Premier League's top scorer with 26 goals last season - also contributed to five-goal hauls City rattled in at White Hart Lane in 2014 and 2011 as they head back there on Saturday afternoon.
