Harry Kane will start the match for England after he came off the bench to score in the 4-0 win over Lithuania in Friday's Euro 2016 qualifier. Danny Welbeck, Raheem Sterling, James Milner andLeighton Baines are missing for England. Ryan Bertrand could earn a third cap at left-back.

Gianluigi Buffon on trying to halt Harry Kane after his 29 goals for Spurs: "I think he really is the form player in English football at this time. As goalkeepers - and as a team - we have watched some footage of him and of course he's going to be a threat, just as Wayne Rooney will be. There are a number of players, particularly up top, for England. They've got a lot of strings to their bow going forward."
