Monaco is on a roll and they feel very confident heading into this game with Rennes who are in 6th position. Monaco coach Louis Jardim gave the players the day off (Thursday) and they will resume intense training Friday afternoon for this match.

Rennes has proven to be a thorn in Monaco’s side but this is something they can dislodge this weekend. The one worry for Monaco is they do tend to concede goals; they have done so in three of their last four Ligue 1 games. This is something Jardim will want to correct. His defenders are scoring the bulk of the goals and Falcao will be encouraged by his team to add to this.
