FAR Rabat
Association Sportive des Forces Armées Royales (Arabic: الجمعية الرياضية للقوات المسلحة الملكية) referred to as AS FAR, known to as FAR Rabat is a Moroccan football club based in Morocco's capital city (Rabat). The club was founded in 1958 soon after Morocco had gained their independence, and is one of the most famous football clubs in Morocco with Rajaand Wydad. FAR stands for French: Forces Armées Royales, roughly translated to mean Royal Armed Forces. Founded the late Moroccan monarch King Hassan II. The club went on to the Moroccan Royal Armed Forces.
