Galaxy II look to build on win, while Saint Louis looks to rebound
CARSON, Calif. – The LA Galaxy II will host Saint Louis FC on Wednesday night in Week 2 of the 2016 USL season at StubHub Center. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. PT.

- The Galaxy II made a winning start to the defense of their Western Conference Championship as they defeated Arizona United SC 2-0 on Saturday night.
- Ariel Lassiter scored both goals for Los Dos, continuing the strong form he showed in 2015 when he recorded 15 goals in the USL regular season and playoffs.
- Four players made their debuts for the Galaxy II on Saturday, with defender Nathan Smith and forward Denzel Slager making the start, and midfielder Bryam Rebellon and defender Josh Turnley coming off the bench.
- The Galaxy II will be without defender Oscar Sorto, who received a red card in Saturday’s contest.

- Saint Louis FC will be looking to bounce back from a stoppage-time defeat to Real Monarchs SLC on Saturday night, when Maikon Orellana’s goal lifted the hosts to a 1-0 win at Rio Tinto Stadium.
- Dale Schilly’s side received Patrick Doody and Drew Connor on loan from MLS partners the Chicago Fire prior to the Saturday’s game. Doody started against the Monarchs, while Connor made a late appearance off the bench.
- Saint Louis FC will remain in the Los Angeles region for the remainder of the week, as it completes its trip to California with a game against Orange County Blues FC on Saturday at Anteater Stadium.
