Alexandre Pato doesn't want to play at Corinthians, and will not accept offers from Asia and Middle East

Alexandre Pato and his representatives have less than a month to convince some European club to spend at least €15 million to sign him, or else, must return to Corinthians and present himself for pre-season.
As mentioned in Globo Esporte, there are no proposals to date, and the attacker has warned his club and representative that he will not accept offers from Asia and the Middle East. Along with his manager Gilmar Veloz, the player traveled to Europe on December 8 to meet Kia Joorabchian - the Iranian agent who's authorized by the club to search for proposals in Europe. Pato has told people close to him that he doesn't want to play again for Corinthians, as he believes the supporters would create a hostile climate for him, and is also unsure about a good reception from his teammates. There are still disagreements with some players of the team following Pato's awful miss in a penalty-shootout against Grêmio in 2013. Paolo Guerrero and Emerson Sheik were both left dissatisfied and are no longer at the club.
Kia is still trying to find a European club for Pato, preferably in England, and have already talked to Liverpool, among other clubs. A deal with the Merseyside club has been discarded. Spanish media thinks Barcelona will make a January bid for the 26-year-old. After signing Luís Fabiano and Jádson, Chinese second-division side Tianjin Songjiang, coached by Vanderlei Luxemburgo, have showed interested in Pato, but the player didn't want to listen to offers from Asia.

Paulinho was “very unhappy” at Spurs

Brazilian midfielder Paulinho has described his final season at Tottenham Hotspur as “the worst moment” of his career. Paulinho joined Spurs from Corinthians in the summer of 2013 on the back of a strong performance as a goalscoring midfielder in the Confederations Cup. He started strongly at Tottenham, scoring a last minute winner away at Cardiff in his first month.

However, his form began to tail off and gradually, he lost his place in the Brazil side and then the Tottenham team. During 2014-15, he barely played at all and when he did he looked a shadow of the enterprising, box to box midfielder he had been previously.

During the summer, he joined Chinese side Guangzhou Evergrande, managed by ex Seleção boss Luiz Felipe Scolari. Evergrande face Barcelona in the World Club Cup semi-final today and Paulinho told the press that he has unfavourable memories of his time in London.

“I was unhappy in England; the last months were the worst moment of my career. I was unhappy and my family was not right. The chance to work with Scolari appeared, in a team where there were other Brazilians, and I chose the option of playing in China."

Guangzhou have compatriots Alan, Elkeson, Ricardo Goulart, René Junior and Robinho in the current squad, which will have aided the 27 year old’s transition in the Chinese Superleague.
