Egyptian giants Al Ahly will be hoping to revive their pride when they host Cote d'Ivoire's ASEC Mimosas in their Group A match of the CAF Champions League on Tuesday.
The Red Devils are fresh from a 3-2 loss against Zambia's Zesco United and will now want to bag a win at home.
Ahly now occupy the third spot in the group following their loss and are yet to win, but this second group match allows them to erase their disappointing result.
Winning the match will now take them to three points and raise their hopes of finishing high in the group, thus boosting their chances of a knock-out stage.
Looking at the visitors, Mimosas will also chasing a victory as they succumbed to a 1-0 loss at the hands of Wydad Casablanca of Morocco at home.
The result meant the Ivorian giants now sit at the bottom of the group with zero points which will motivate them to go all out for a win.
The win for the visitors will elevate them to a second spot provided Wydad and Zesco fail to bag wins in their Wednesday match.
The match will be staged at 22:00 and the venue is the Borg El Arab Stadium in Egypt on Tuesday.
