GOODMAN - WIN IS A MUST AGAINST CHIEFS
AmaZulu midfielder Goodman Dlamini says they will be going after nothing else but the three points when they take on Kaizer Chiefs on Thursday in their Absa Premiership encounter at Peter Mokaba Stadium.
Dlamini who has now banged in five goals for AmaZulu said a draw and a loss will not get them anywhere so they are a gunning for a win.
“Unfortunately in the situation we are at, a draw will not assist us at all but we need a win. Yes Kaizer Chiefs are in good form but if we continue to display the same attitude we did against Free State Stars and our previous matches, we will get the three points,” he said.
At the beginning of this year AmaZulu upset SuperSport United (5-2) and Bidvest Wits (3-1). Can they do the same to Chiefs?
“Chiefs are currently in good form and I am sure they will also be trying to maintain their lead. Hard work and team work can give us the desired results.
"Over the past we have won matches that many did not think we would, so we are fully aware how important this match is to us,” Goodman said.
AmaZulu recorded a 1-0 win against Free State Stars on Saturday at the Moses Mabhida Stadium and three points against Chiefs could see them out of the relegation zone.
