Kaizer Chiefs legend Joseph 'Banks' Setlhodi has told Goal that his s former side need to find a suitable replacement for Kingston Nkhatha, who joined SuperSport United during the January Transfer Window.

Setlhodi, who's one of the first Chiefs recruits, also stated that Amakhosi are unlikely overturn their 1-0 first leg deficit against Raja Casablanca in the Caf Champions League first round n Morocco on Sunday night.

"Honestly, I don't see them winning in Morocco. They couldn't not even score at home, and that's a worrying sign for a team like Chiefs," Setlhodi told Goal .

"The backline which used to be solid is now susceptible and concede through set-pieces. So, they definitely have a mountain to climb there," he said.

The 67-year-old former goalkeeper, who worked as a Chiefs scout in the past, added that Katlego Mphela and Siphelele Mthembu should not be seen as Nkhatha replacements because they lack mobility.

"The team misses a striker like Nkhatha. Both Mphela and Mthembu are not mobile enough, and Siphelele's key attribute is strength," the legend said.

"Nkhatha's mobility opened up defences and all what Chiefs fans saw was someone who missed chances," he added.

"It led to his departure, and those who can't influence games like him remained at the club. Now the club needs to find someone who can play that crucial role," he concluded.
